In conjunction with SOFLETE HQ, former Navy SEAL and fitness author Stew Smith developed a twelve-week program that focuses on a two phase strategy to prepare BUD/S candidates for successful completion of SEAL Training.
This program is designed to get you “to” and “through” BUD/S.
Stew Smith is a former Navy Lieutenant (SEAL) who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training. He served in the Teams for over seven years. Stew also works with the Tactical Strength and Conditioning program of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
