MoBell Bar:

MoBell Muscle will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.*

Our MoBell Bar warranty does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping on concrete or similar surfaces without the use of our Tactical Weight Bags, and similar usage). Damage to threading where the bars sections connect due to negligent or faulty handling (i.e. dropping, improper transport, and similar instances) is not covered. Warranty does not cover coating (i.e. chrome, zinc-nickel).

Any specific issues regarding a MoBell Muscle product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Tactical Weight Bags and Filler Bags:

If there are any questions on use of our Tactical Weight Bags or Filler Bags, contact us at [email protected] with questions prior to using. Our bags are covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase, provided they are not used in any of the manners mentioned below:

– Filling the Filler bags with wet sand

– Dragging the Filler Bags or Tactical Weight Bag on concrete or sharp surfaces

– Overfilling the Tactical Weight Bag or Filler Bags

– Slamming the Tactical Weight Bag or Filler Bags

– Using abrasive and/or sharp material such as gravel and jagged rocks in the Filler Bags

– Pouring sand or other material directly into the Tactical Weight Bag’s chambers

– Exceeding the weight limit of the Tactical Weight Bag (stated at 45lbs when loaded with Filler Bags)

Case

We warranty our cases up to 1 year from date of purchase from manufacturer defects. Risk of using a case as a bench or step during workouts is assumed by the customer. Any case defects resulting from the use of a case as a bench or step are not covered under warranty.

Maintenance

Sleeves: If the rotation of the sleeves begins to slow, put a few drops of 3-in-1 oil on the inner bushing and spin the sleeve with your hands. This should restore the sleeve to a desired spin. DO NOT use WD-40. *Removing the end caps without our prior, written consent voids warranty.

Shaft: The shaft can be cleaned using gentle soap, water, and a soft sponge. If there is a chalk build-up in the knurling that doesn’t come out with the sponge, use a soft-bristled brush and a light scrubbing motion to free the sediment. Dry the shaft using a soft lint-free cloth or towel.

* If the threading becomes harder to assemble/disassemble over time, apply a few drops of 3-in-1 oil into the female ends of the connections and assemble to bar. The small amount of oil will restore the desired assembly/disassembly convenience.

Bags: The bags are made from strong materials designed to take a beating. However, that is not to say they are indestructible. Using filler material with sharp edges can cause punctures or rips in the bags and render them useless. Take care to only use filler material (sand, dirt, smooth particles, etc.) that is free of foreign objects that may destroy the bags and damage the bar sleeves.

If bags become wet due to use of wet sand or use during adverse conditions, we recommend emptying the bags and letting them dry before the next use. When bags are saturated with moisture, they can stretch and are more prone to tearing/punctures. Simply allowing them to dry will return them to the desired state for the next use.

Zerust: Each kit comes with a Zerust capsule installed into the custom foam cut-outs. For added rust prevention when not in use, store the three (3) sections of the bar in their respective positions inside the case and keep the case closed.
